This low-odor floor cleaner and stripper efficiently removes layers of floor finish and sealer from resilient tile flooring without the use of butyl or strong ammonia odors. No residue left behind to interfere with subsequent finish application. Ideal for environments sensitive to odor, such as health care facilities.

How to Use

  1. Dilute with cold water as follows:
    a. Regular build-up: 1:10
    b. Heavy build-up: 1:4
    Test product in a small area to determine most effective dilution and to ensure compatibility.
  2. Apply liberally to a small area of floor, making sure surface remains wet until removed.
  3. Allow to remain approximately 10 minutes, and agitate. Then simply pick up with mop, vac or automatic scrubber.
  4. Allow floor to completely dry. If slight amount of dust remains on surface, remove with dry dust mop or fresh water damp mop.
