High alkaline stripper that quickly removes water-based floor finishes and sealers, as well as soil, dirt, and grease buildup on floor surfaces. Its low foaming characteristics make it ideal for use with automatic floor equipment. It does not contain ammonia or chlorinated solvents. VOC CARB compliant.

How to Use

  1. Dilute product with water according to soil load or cleaning requirements.
    a. Light build-up: 1:128
    b. Regular build-up: 1:64
    c. Heavy build-up: 1:32
    d. Floor finish removal: 1:10
    e. Built-up finish removal: 1:5
  2. Apply dilute solution with mop, cloth, sponge, spray or by immersion.
  3. Allow solution to penetrate soil (1-5 minutes), agitate with brush, mop or floor machine.
  4. Pick up spent solution with wet vacuum.
  5. Rinse with clean water.
